A studio that adapts to your life.

Reformer Home was founded on a simple conviction: high-quality reformer training should be accessible, flexible and self-directed. No schedule pressure, no waiting lists, no intimidation.

Reformer training without barriers.

So we built a self-service studio with nine premium reformers. Each machine has its own screen that guides you through your workout. You decide the time, pace and intensity.

“Train when it fits your day. On your own reformer, at your own pace.”

Three steps to the reformer.

  1. Choose your membership

Choose your membership and set up your account in the app. There is no joining fee.

  2. Personal onboarding

On your first visit our team welcomes you: a short introduction to the studio and the reformer and an intro video on the screen. Just come during front desk hours.

  3. Train on your own

Then you train on your own: the screen offers a large library of videos by professional instructors, with different focuses, levels and intensities. New ones are added every week.

What is reformer pilates, and who is it for?

Reformer pilates is a full-body workout on a reformer: a machine with a sliding carriage and adjustable spring resistance. Easy on the joints and highly effective, from gentle to challenging.

Unlike mat pilates, where you work with your body weight alone, the reformer lets you dial the resistance precisely: lighter to get started, considerably harder as you progress. It builds strength, body control, mobility and posture, especially the deep core muscles that desk work never reaches.

Resistance that adapts to you.

In mat pilates you work with your body weight alone. The reformer adds adjustable spring resistance and a sliding carriage, so every exercise can be dialled in more precisely, gentler to start and harder as you progress.

For everyone who wants to move more mindfully.

Beginners

No experience needed. The guided programmes start with the basics, and the spring resistance is easy to adjust.

Advanced

More springs, longer levers, more demanding sequences: the reformer grows with your skills.

Pros

You know the reformer inside out? Demanding flows, heavy spring settings and new videos every week keep you challenged.

How often do you want to train?

Core

1 session per week

Ideal for getting started. One fixed session a week gives your week a calm anchor.

Flow

2 sessions per week

Enough to clearly feel progress, and easy to combine with work and everyday life.

Unlimited

Unlimited sessions

As often as you like, even twice a day. For everyone who makes reformer pilates a fixed part of their everyday life.

All prices and cards

Four habits that help.

  1. Plan fixed slots

Book your sessions for the whole week in advance. What's in the calendar happens.

  2. Start small

Better to stick with twice a week than to want too much at once. You can raise the level on the screen at any time.

  3. Pick the right moment

Before work or in the evening: train when you're least distracted.

  4. Notice your progress

Pay attention to how your posture and mobility change. Small changes are the best motivation for the next session.
