Your training adapts. Not the other way round.

Most resolutions don’t fail for lack of willpower. They fail because of the calendar. Reformer Home is built so your training still happens when your day doesn’t go to plan.

Three steps to the reformer.

  1. Choose your membership

Choose your membership and set up your account in the app. There is no joining fee.

  2. Personal onboarding

On your first visit our team welcomes you: a short introduction to the studio and the reformer and an intro video on the screen. Just come during front desk hours.

  3. Train on your own

Then you train on your own: the screen offers a large library of videos by professional instructors, with different focuses, levels and intensities. New ones are added every week.

A studio that feels like home.

Warm light instead of fluorescent tubes, an elegant wood-look floor instead of rubber mats. A place you’ll love walking into, whether at six in the morning or after a long day.

Before you come.

How does reformer pilates differ from mat pilates?

In mat pilates you work with your body weight alone. The reformer adds adjustable spring resistance and a sliding carriage, so every exercise can be dialled in more precisely, gentler to start and harder as you progress.

When can I become a member?

Memberships start with the presale at each location. Sign up on the location page and you will be the first to know when it starts and what the founding offer includes.

Do I need experience on a reformer?

No. The screen on every reformer guides you step by step through your workout, from beginner to advanced programmes. On your first visit our front desk team shows you everything important about the studio and the machine.

Are there trainers or classes?

No. Reformer Home is a self-service pilates studio for training on your own. There are no instructor-led classes, no one-to-ones and no personal training. Your guide is the screen on the reformer. During front desk hours, someone from our team is also on site.
