What to expect
Guided screen training
Each of the nine reformers has its own screen. You choose the programme, level and intensity, from your first spring to an advanced flow.
Training without class times
No timetable, no waiting list. You book your reformer in advance in the app, daily between 6 am and 10 pm.
Staffed front desk
Mon to Fri from 2 pm to 8 pm and Sat/Sun from 10 am to 2 pm someone is on site: for questions, for your introduction and for anything the screen can’t answer.
Reformer pilates on Clara-Schumann-Strasse
Reformer Home Regensburg is a self-service studio: nine Freemotion Reform RX reformers, each with its own screen guiding you through your workout. There are no fixed class times and no trainers. You book your slot in the app and train at your own pace.
The studio is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. The front desk is staffed Mon to Fri from 2 pm to 8 pm and Sat/Sun from 10 am to 2 pm and shows you everything important about the studio and the machine on your first visit.

Good to know
- Grip socks are required in every session. You can get them at the front desk.
- A session lasts 55 minutes. Come a few minutes early to set up your machine.
- Leave your reformer as you found it. Cleaning wipes are available at every station.
- If you are pregnant or have acute complaints, please consult your doctor beforehand.
