Frequently asked questions.

Everything you want to know before your first visit. Can't find your question? Write to us at info@reformerhome.com.

How it works

Do I need experience on a reformer?

No. The screen on every reformer guides you step by step through your workout, from beginner to advanced programmes. On your first visit our front desk team shows you everything important about the studio and the machine.

Are there trainers or classes?

No. Reformer Home is a self-service pilates studio for training on your own. There are no instructor-led classes, no one-to-ones and no personal training. Your guide is the screen on the reformer. During front desk hours, someone from our team is also on site.

How do I get into the studio?

As a member you open the studio door via the app, daily between 6 am and 10 pm. During front desk hours (Mon to Fri 2 to 8 pm, Sat/Sun 10 am to 2 pm) someone is also there for your questions.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, close-fitting sportswear is ideal. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety reasons and are available at the front desk. Best bring a water bottle.

Slots & training

How do I book a slot?

You reserve your reformer in advance in the app. A slot lasts 55 minutes. That way there’s always a machine free for you when you arrive.

What happens if I don’t use a booked slot?

You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the start. After that, or if you don’t show up, the session counts as used with Core, Flow and cards. With Unlimited, a €10 fee applies. That keeps the reformers free for everyone who actually trains.

How long is a session?

A slot lasts 55 minutes. On your first visit allow a little extra time and come during front desk hours, so we can briefly show you the studio, the reformer and the screen.

How many reformers are there?

The studio has nine premium reformers, each with its own screen, so you train independently and undisturbed at your own pace.

Membership

Which memberships are there?

Three monthly memberships: Core with 1 session per week for €69, Flow with 2 sessions per week for €129 and Unlimited with as many sessions as you like for €199. The minimum term is three months. Founding members pay less for good.

Can I try Reformer Home first?

Yes. The trial pack includes three sessions for €39 and is valid for one month. It’s available once for everyone new to us: in the app from 1 January, redeemable from our opening on 1 March.

When can I become a member?

Memberships start with the presale at each location. Sign up on the location page and you will be the first to know when it starts and what the founding offer includes.

Are there gift cards?

As a trial pack, a card or any amount you like. Gift cards are available in the app from 1 January, valid for three years and redeemable from our opening on 1 March.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. After the three-month minimum term, the membership can be cancelled monthly. Breaks are possible on request. Just write to us at info@reformerhome.com.

Is there a joining fee?

No. There is no separate joining fee. All rates include statutory VAT.

Health

Can I train with an injury?

Reformer training is often recommended for rehabilitation, but please talk to your doctor first. Since you train on your own, choose programmes and intensity to suit you and go gently if in doubt.

Is reformer training suitable during pregnancy?

In many cases yes, with adapted exercises. Please talk to your doctor or midwife beforehand and choose the programmes carefully. If you have questions, our front desk is happy to help.
